I had absolutely no idea that you had made your own pickles until I read your last reply. Why didn’t you ever mention any of that in our previous pickle conversations? 🤷🏻♂️ The farmer’s market tip is a good one! I guess they don’t call you PickleBrick for nothing! You mentioned learning how to not break the mason jars. Was the breakage due to pouring in the hot water & vinegar mixture along with the pickles or did they break because of the canning process? How did they turn out compared to grocery store pickles?

It was a few years back. My jalapeños turned out great, the pickles were ok like cheep store bought pickles. I wanted to keep doing it but getting the fresh cucumbers turned out to be difficult. I broke the jars because I shocked them into the hot water as I didn't know what I was doing lol. The people at the farmers market were really helpful with getting the timing right on the cucumbers, but it's a small farmers market so my window for freshness was short.

Weird name, but the burger was solid! And the bubble tea was good but the little bubbles are a bit shocking haha.
