@perfecthomeschiangmai I have to take a shower before I go swimming, but I asked for a warm water heater, but the management office refused, and I was told to take a shower at home, and the interior is not luxurious and looks like a Chinese style

Thank you for your honesty! Pricing can sometimes feel off, especially when compared to other options in Chiang Mai. However, location, amenities, and property condition often play a big role in setting the price. We do aim to offer a variety of options to fit different budgets. Strangely as you mention the Expat market this was rented to a Thai person.
