If kind mita chibies are born dead... Doesn't that mean kind Mita may also be a faulty Mita? Since the Mita are meant to be perfect, something about her being unable to do that, and the red flag on her info within the game files, seens off...

Maybe. I also just saw another theory, that it's... an evolutionary process. Other chibies were helpful to Mita, so Evil Mita got rid of them. This one is useless, so it didn't encounter Evil Mita and survived.
