There's no clarification on Mavuika and Citlali being on the same phases , It was shown on the official Homdgcat website (a reliable dataminer) that the candidate that would be on the 5.3 banner being Mavuika , Citlali , Arlecchino and Clorinde in this order but with a none specify re-run order and an set of number on top of their icon , those number are not to be confused with whether they are in first or second phases but more so their releases and how many time they have re-run. Mavuika and Citlali having "1" above meaning they're having their first banner where-as Arlecchino and Clorinde have "2" above them meaning is their second time having their banner.
