"Don't be too generic or vague in expression in regard to your experience. Always write sentences that deliver some measurable results. Write one sentence with clear results rather than one paragraph on what were your duties or what did you do. It's much more valuable that saying I did this and this. Hi Lenka, i am sharing a small part of my rejection mail :- " on the basis of the specified criteria and the merits of your application file. We regret to inform you, however, that your application was not successful." . So the course I applied for was different from my Bachelors course and my work experience, though I did some online courses & certificate programmes and have also written a review paper regarding that field to make up for it, but it looks like I would have to at least do a diploma course online, if I wish to showcase myself as a suitable candidate for the course. . Please do suggest some more tips as to how to make myself more compatible to the course. Also, I am very thankful for your help through these videos.

Chica, I was rejected after the interview phase. I felt so bad, my hopes were all up for the program and they still said I could apply by my own means because my profile matched the program so much. But I believe I was not able to properly showcase my professional experience during the interview (this MsC requires 2 years of experience). Do you have any tips about that? Maybe a whole video hahahah I intend on applying again next year

As I got my bachelor degree and last formal course (post graduation )years ago, I have the same issue concerning professors, how did you approach it? Did you got letters from employees? Thank you!

@@khyberwolf I would not hide this information. For Erasmus, it doesn't matter if you already got a masters elsewhere, so you don't need to hide. And also basically all programs asks for your CV. If your masters is not related to your Erasmus choice, simply put it with the relevant information, dont need to detail much. If your masters is similar to your Erasmus choice, then I would try to showcase as a perk. You know how university works, have experience with thesis writing, etc. And with Erasmus you will be even more expert in the subject of choice

@Chica checa my greetings, I applied for Erasmus Mundus this year (2024). Requirements include proficiency in English, especially in IELTS and TOEFL. I don't have these certificates, but I learned in my BSC courses that the language of instruction is English. Is it easy for them to accept me?

You can check on program websites there are alot of program which can accept english profeciency letter from universities and they have mentioned it on websites..Those who didnt.mention dont accept

Hello mam, Suppose six students from India have applied with strong educational backgrounds in a particular field, and only three of them will be selected. Additionally, three students have applied from Africa, with relatively weaker profiles compared to all six Indian students. In this scenario, the six Indian applicants have stronger profiles than all three African applicants. Now, for the Erasmus Mundus scholarship, should it be awarded to all six Indian students with strong profiles, or should it be divided among three Indian students and three African students with comparatively weaker profiles but still stronger than the other African applicants?

I have understood that the program limits the number of people accepted per country, since they are very much advocating cultural diversity, so the most likely in this hypothetical case is that they will select the 3 students from India and 3 from Africa.
