It starts at the top with ownership, then poles for not addressing oline, then flus , waldron has been awful, then Chris Morgan he should not be employed, then oline play, and lastly caleb can be better too. But really this starts at the top. I don't think this is fixable this year. I think we clean out the coaches after this year. This has a Vrabel or Bobby Slowik landing spot written all over it. If poles commits to upgrading the oline we can really see what we have here. As u said the hc and qb marriage is most important to success. We need to find someone to link up with caleb. Flus ain't it
