ange daniel zue both their skylines are small compared to Chicago’s even though they’re higher in population (Houston is on track to overtake Chicago in population), but both cities are in a situation where their immense amounts of land doesn’t really need tall buildings, because wider building serve the same role. Once they run out of land to use you’ll see the construction of taller buildings being built more often.

I say in the US because you gotta give other cities credit for their buildings and their skylines as well. I live in Chicago and I’m totally being biased when I say I think it is the best in the world but use China for an example, Shanghai has some amazing buildings and the skyline at night looks really nice.

(my personal opinion, it would be possible to lift on height above the highest structure, and to show (all) the city as though entirely, or almost all in a shot.I think it would be nice).

I have been born and raised here. Chicago is my home. It is beautiful. Known for its architecture, deep dish pizza, sports, theatre and night life. However, if you are going to move here please be aware of the taxes, high rent and low paying jobs, and the outrageous crime statistics. It gets cold AF!!! Like negative 20 sometimes with blistering hazardous wind chill. Not called with Windy city for nothing. Neat video! Props to whoever did this. Sweet Home Chicago.

I've only been there once and it was for a university event for HACU. I was in a cab and we were on a bridge I don't quite remember. And there was this huge building, I forgot the name but it seems golden I believe and I believe they are condos. It was in downtown Chicago, it was so beautiful. Anyone know the name of it?
