Jesus, did you share that you where using hot dog bread to catch the carp? I use hot dogs to catch bass in ponds. I wanted to try the bait you used. Thanks for sharing. Always great to see you post things.

You can get them at any Walmart. There are two bait shops that I know of in the city. One by Montrose because and the other one in the south side in Bridgeport.

It looks so easy on yours videos… I spent hours in montrose without any action… how do you think when salmons will come to harbours ?

I also have days without catching anything. I try to move around and switch up lures and presentations. My guess is that salmon are already moving closer to the lakefront at night. I will start fishing for them next week.

@@jpg294 there's carp and bass at montrose. It's probably slower now. Pretty soon salmon will swim in at night

I eat both. Both are edible. They are sport fishing. I catch to eat.
