@@kayleehekkenberg9650 Yes, a year ago they renewed for three seasons 9-11. They have good viewership, so they certainly will not abandon the series.

@@matthewfillion2096 exactly! I was just a little comfused. But there is a nice chance they will be renewed after season 11. Atleast if the viewers keep being this high. And the series will probs get higher viewers once they stop fooling around with Brett and Casey and stop ignoring upstead(Can't wait for 8x11)! I would love to have a stellaride wedding tho. In one of the next seasons(so covid doesnt screw things up)🥰

@@kayleehekkenberg9650 The key to Fire's extension will be Jesse and Taylor's willingness to stay on the show. Casey and Severide are the stars of the series and if they leave or at least one of them does then the plan for the series may change.
