What makes this band so great is, they are the most diverse band in history. They also can adapt to any era of music.

Doesn't matter what Chicago creates & releases, it's ALL good. This is a band that has adapted & whose shelf life knows no end. Longtime fan of the band, I wondered if this track may, in part, have been written in tribute of Walt (Parazaider), one of the founders & longtime saxaphonist of Chicago whose been stricken down by the horrible disease of Alzheimer's. Chicago is never Chicago without the horns ... such as "Chicago 19." I never tire of hearing the trademark crescendo horn lines -- then those Pankow triplets: makes one smile. Golden Years for Chicago!!

Amen! Chicago has been "making me smile" too since 1970. My dad was a band director for the Navy and they played "Make Me Smile." Hooked ever since. This song ROCKS. Still got it after all these years. Wow.

Outstanding! I've been a huge fan of the group since 1984. I enjoy all parts of their career from the late 60's, throughout the 70's, 80's, and 90's, as well as currently. This summer, I will be seeing them live in Chicago for the 55th time, on their 55th Anniversary Tour, just a few days shy of my 55th birthday. As this latest release says: "And maybe if the stars align...." 😊

I love it. Very sentimental song about their legacy. Lovely vocals from ND. This song is very reminiscent of IF YOU LEAVE ME NOW. Even if this is the final album it's been one helluva ride for 55 years. I will love Chicago regardless of the lineup. IMHO they are legendary like Stones, Beatles, Aerosmith, LZ, PF, KISS, VH, ACDC, AIR SUPPLY & Scorpions.

I liked it and I feel that we are very lucky that this iconic band is still writing, recording and touring. It would be nice if they really stepped on it and gave us a louder, heavier, harder edged, album with tons of their signature powerful horns all over it. Probably less commercial but more resembling the CTA era...where they truly shine and are completely unique. They will be pleasantly surprised as to how fans new and old will run out to get their hands on a copy of the album! Chicago should really go for it...there's nothing to lose. Your fans are still waiting.....

They still have staying power. Look at Elton and the Rocketman/Egerton last-gasp surge in '19-'21, thanks to that movie. I think if a Chicago movie came out, they could get back into popular music's grasp.

While any new music from Chicago is welcome, this song is outstanding! It reminds me of All Roads Lead To You, which I love as well. It has everything you would want in a Chicago tune: great melody, great chord progression, excellent lyric (although hopefully not true!), some Lamm vocals and of course, killer horns. I cannot wait to hear the rest of the album. I was not expecting any more albums after Now but I guess the pandemic got their creative juices flowing.

When Toto decided to make a new studio album in 2014, they naturally gave it everything they've got, and the result was the masterpiece TOTO XIV released in 2015. It took fans by surprise because it was soon regarded as one of their best albums ever in their then 37-year career. Chicago should try doing the same by really pushing and challenging themselves and make an album that could rival some of their best albums ever, like from their Chicago Transit Authority days, for example.

I was extremely privileged to see y'all in Vancouver on March 14 2014, Walt's bday with Ray Hermann on sax. The gig blew all my expectations. I have always hoped and dreamed that original Chicago band members still living, would take a group of young talented musicians who LOVE Chicago's music and personally oversee them become the official group to supercede Chicago and carry on the legacy, creating new songs for this and the next generation.
