Very lovely two different mansion homes. Very nice to see two very important ladies. I see this video is eight years ago. Visited when I was a teenager. Hope all is well with everyone and take care.

homes like this could be built today, but property taxes make it impossible. Think how beautiful our large cities could be

Hands down THE WORSE real estate video I’ve ever seen. Somehow, these two thought viewers would be tuning in to see THEM! Meanwhile, we’re left largely to imagine what they’re actually mumbling on about because it’s kept cleverly out of scene. BRILLIANT! They couldn’t sell a tree house!

One of them is pointing to something on the wall and all we see is the realtor doing the pointing!

You're right. I think the last home video was shot by her child. The angle was from about stomach level (not a flattering angel to film people). The camera was also following her rather than focusing on what she was describing.

I've seen way too many real estate videos like this. You turn a camera on them and they completely forget the purpose of the video is to see THE HOUSE, not listen to a couple of hens cackling.

She speaks about the floor marble and the camera shows the two speaking.

The second home appears to have an elevator, too bad they didn't show it, great selling feature.

With the considerable amount of interest in Chicago architecture I'm surprised this has so few views at this point.

+Richard Williamson There is always an appreciation of good architecture not just in Chicago but, anywhere. This just doesn't quite make it.

458 Lakeside Terrace looks better by the style of the exterior of the home.

It's a beautiful home, but sadly people don't realize a lot of these extra details don't actually add value to the home. The house was originally listed for $9.4 million almost 10 years ago, and it recently sold for $3.6 million; it's a beautiful home and work of art, but sadly it doesn't always translate into value... however, the person that bought this home got a steal for the amount of work put into it

I wish God will just bless me financially to buy a home in this capacity. But my only issue is that, I watch a lot of scary movies so in my mind there is some ghost lurking around 😩😂

The first two agents look like hostages forced to showcase the house. The second house agent smacked her mouth annoyingly too much. Both showings were horribly done. They need to get trained by California real estate agents and camera persons fast.
