In Baltimore when my daughter went missing for weeks, the police department (full of white officers) refused to create a missing person report until I went over top of their heads and luckily that management sided with me and made them do it. After they followed the proper procedure and televised my daughter as missing, we got a tip and found her.

at very least.......allowed a visibly intoxicated person walk through (including a "unused" part of) hotel. you can take same scenario and apply it (ex baseball stadium, movie theater) and the facility would be liable. seeing as the hotel has a bar, they have standards and practices they must uphold. so im 100% sure they have a policy in dealing with extremely drunk guess. secondly security "" a drunk girl stumbling through several cameras going toward an unused part of hotel where there should be no activity on cam doesn't get seen. was security on lunch?, was there no relief, not enough security on duty? the answer isall hotel mismanagement......n that's with no conspiracy

The reason they are doing this is that the mother has no help no one in authority and because it happened in Chicago where they are happy to hear of a black person dying. There is no reason why the FBI can't get involved they just choose not to. We as parents need to get more involved in our children lives and start to wake our kids up about the injustice that is going on in the world against people of color. Those police officers would have never done that to a caucasian. The hotel is not responsible for her and her friends in reality shouldn’t have to be responsible for her however they should of helped her and they didn’t. It’s an accident but that won’t get her mommy any money so we’ll hear about it for another three years.
