I love Chicago, but I must say the one thing that Detroit has over Chicago...and probably the only thing is parking....finding parking in Detroit, most times is not a problem. Especially in the neighborhoods away from Downtown.

I have never been to Detroit, but overall finding parking has never been an issue for me. And I drive…a lot. Many neighborhoods are permit parking after 6PM, so if out and about during the day it’s pretty easy. And if you already live in the specific neighborhood, things are pretty walkable. Could parking be better? Sure. Do I wish there were more cars on the road? No, traffic already blows. Am I surprised motor city is more car friendly…? Definitely not haha. I would expect it.
