True. But you'll notice Hank was never nervous. I like to think it was because in the back of his mind he knew his unit had his back. But it could also be that he was ready to face whatever came his way as long as he went out doing the right thing.

My feeling is that Chicago PD is a grey-on-grey/shades of grey story. Voight is a bad man who has been twisted by the violence of the city and his own lack of self control but he is also confronting far, far worse and more deliberate acts of evil from his peers.
