D. Rose was a feared shooter for Team 600, now serving a 40-year life sentence. He was left in prison by his gang and feels that he has been betrayed. D. Rose had the rep of a stepper in the Chicago streets, he was even shouted out in songs by Chief Keef and Lil Durk, and even King Von praised D. Rose. It's said that he's currently sitting in prison doing a life sentence for a crime that he didn't commit and it's like his gang left him to rot in prison. D. Rose maintains his innocence and says that he feels betrayed by the gang.

Prison most likely saved his life, honestly. But even though he’s supposedly innocent of this crime, his name has definitely come up in other cases just like this case. Karma will always put you where you belong in life. He still has a chance to live freely in his 50s. He’s blessed to have made it as far as he did. My heart goes out to Venzel’s mother. She’s ignorant of her child’s true lifestyle outside her home. He’s throwing up gang signs in the picture she’s holding and she doesn’t even realize it! Even if he wasn’t a full fledged member, he was absolutely affiliated! But even with all that, he’s still his mama’s baby. I can’t imagine losing my child at such a young age. I always remember his death date because it’s my bday. I remember exactly what I was doing at the time he was pronounced dead that day. Just sad all around.
