Chefs Jason Vincent and Ben Lustbader are masters at crafting crave-able foods. At their Chicago restaurant, Giant, they painstakingly pipe out waffle fries for the masses and crank out handmade pasta topped with crab. Not really as you could just get a waffle slicer and cut some potatoes as a traditional take on them. The dough is pretty easy to knock out and mashed potatoes can be the kind from a container in the store. It is all about how much you want the item lol. But yeah more effort than opening a bag of frozen fries.

video is misleading--fries are served with crab salad, so you're not just sitting there eating a few fries. giant kicks ass and its definitely not a place where you are served pretentious dishes!
