I’ve been listening to the Chicago music since Thursday. Seems like nonstop now I’m truly hooked on you guys. Love you, Chicago.

Time passes way to quickly. Hard to believe this video is from 20 years ago almost. I hate getting old, but I love great music like this!

Kind of the same here, only I'm genuinely trying to find joy in aging. I had to retire early at age 64 due to crippling arthritis and it has messed up my head to realize the lie I bought into about working for the machine and giving it my all. My advice to everyone is to quit punching the proverbial clock and enjoy what time remains for you. You'll never have the money you desire and when you are done, you get nothing in return. I'm proud of the work I accomplished but am full of regret because of what I sacrificed, of what I missed. I am so enjoying these 20-year-old clips of my favorite music. Just wish I had been there. If it wasn't for the likes of KZbin I would be missing so much. Quit working for the man and enjoy your life!

I don't care what anyone says. When I hear Chicago, feel like a teenager all over again. Saw then in concert in 2013, & of course the band members had some new additions, but what a high-energy, out of this world, memorable, fantastic concert ! Love me some Chicago !!! Always & forever.

Ever work with or gotten to know anyone born and raised in Chicago? They're about as proud of their city as Texans are of our state. (Chambers County here, and proud of it.) I laugh when I remember a man named David Duenes telling me how many students in school played horn because of this band. A ton of them he told me. I still am in awe of these guys' early work. Nothing really compares to this day. Watch Terry's guitar playing on "I'm A Man", and find me, someone to compare. I read somewhere that Jimi Hendrix said Kath was a better guitar player than himself. All of their vocals were phenomenal. The horns!? OMG! Watching Robert on keyboards; Such a cool dude. Their later commercial success kind of blows me away and you have to wonder how different the trajectory would have been if Kath's death had not come at such an early age. Even though I didn't dig the later sound, I still admire all of that talent. Hat's off to you, Chicago Transit Authority. Please forgive me because I think I've posted most of this earlier, but just couldn't help myself.

First saw Chicago at the Shorham hotel in Wash. DC in 1970. They were in DC for a concert but came to the last session of the Presidential Classroom for Young Americans to give a private concert for a few hundred high school kids. They were huge at the time and we got own concert. Jesus. The previous session was entertained with a demonstration by the Baltimore Marshall Arts Club. Boy did they get screwed. I have loved them ever since. A few years later in college, Chicago came to the a University of Missouri. Great concert but there was a huge problem. I got front row tickets but the ROTC guys who were hired as ushers would not let us stand on the chairs. Those of us close to the stage, stood anyway. Most everyone else sat back down. At the end, Chicago said “We want to thank you guys up front”. God they were great. It pissed me off that it took so long for them to get in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. They were great in 3 decades, how rare is that.

couple of things that I like about this particular live version are: 1. crowd reaction at 0:27 2. James pankow and the entire horn section having way too much fun at around 1:03 3. George Costanza lookalike having a nice time at around 1:10 4. When Jason does his bass guitar thing at 2:54-2:57, two ladies tip their hats in unison as per beat .. amazing crowd

I was very much shocked listening to Seraphine last reunion(round about 2015. Tris spoiled me I like the way Tris and scoff relate. Nicely played solo the only ]pint I am critical about and. Have made the point well over. I'm not a Dawayne Baily fan. I think he's a tremendous player. But his dramatics do nothing for me. I love Keith Howland. That is debatable I suppose. But Howland is a better fit. Dawayne is a very good guitarist. But h÷ and Steve Morse iñ new Kansas
