Francona would bring massive credibility to the organization. However, even if he does want to manage again, there will be many better options, and I can say that confidently without even knowing the open jobs. This could change, however, if uncle Jerry shocks the world by paying him what he’s worth. I have a better chance of starting in right field next year

Getz and Reinsdorf needs to be relieved of their duties. They are horrible and a laughingstock in baseball. Can't make decisions unless it's bottom-line decisions. Baseball decision making is horrible.

Lifelong baseball and White Sox fan here. You know, I really think it's time for a serious conversation about restructuring baseball to resemble the way English soccer is set up. I mean, it's almost there with Major League, AAA, AA, etc. I know there's a lot of money involved and legal issues, but I think it would be great for baseball. Oh, and while I'm at it, basketball needs to go to no time outs. Just stoppage time at the end of the game like soccer.
