she's not too wrong about heavy, outside of combat he's very soft spoken and level headed, he canonically has a PhD in russian literature. A really cool detail is that in the russian dub of the game he's much more well spoken because it's his native tongue. to answer some of the questions, medic can give any class in the game overheal, which is an extra 50% health that decays over time, this allows heavy to reach 450 health as opposed to his normal 300, and a medic heavy duo is quite hard to take down because of this as any class other than spy or sniper, spy because backstabs don't care about health, and sniper because he can deal 450 damage with a fully charged headshot, or 2shot you with 2 quick 150 damage headshots if you don't have overheal. there is no friendly fire, so you can shoot at your teammates at any time to check if they're a spy

spy does have a backstab limit iirc i saw some heavys in x100(00?) servers with dalokahs bar surviving albiet a big hit still. been a long time ive gone there though.

@@mickyflint that must be a custom thing because I've also been on servers where backstabs are the only way to kill those loadouts. the way backstabs work is doing i think twice your current health as damage, and then making it a crit to triple that amount, just to be safe. so there's no way to tank it normally, though apparently the dead ringers old 90% resistance was theoretically enough

​@@skjorta1984 We call it "loose canon" not to be confused with the "Loose Cannon." there are things we can probably claim is real like when Heavy talks about his past but things like how he like "Rocky 4" maybe not so canon. unless that Heavy lived past the 80's.

Eh.... he cares for his loved ones, for sure, but he's by no means a softie. He's an enormous meat mountain that enjoys killing as much as anyone else on the team and while he doesn't instantly jump to solving all of his problems with violence like your average barbarian, he's still the kind of guy who'd be willing to just bash the skull in of a particularly annoying door-to-door salesman if asking nicely for him to fuck off didn't work.

6:01 to one shot a heavy, the sniper needs to wait multiple seconds without unscoping. Meaning that the sniper in that clip has spent way too much time looking at one area, as his peripheral vision is limited and pretty much everything else is slower.

Snipers can charge their shots to one hit people especially if it's a headshot

Hey a tip against valve IA, at least HL (npcs, turrets, zombies, etc), they wont shoot if you use an object to block his view, example, you are playing HL2 and you encounter an MetroCop or a Combine Soldier, pick up a box and point, while holding the box, to the enemies and will think that you are behind cover and stop will stop shooting, MetroCop will do nothing to solve this shenanigans, also turrets because they cannot move but Combine Soldiers, they will rush you. So yea, like skyrim but insted of puttin a cube in a NPC head, yoy pick a box and keep you eyes on the NPC while holding it.

Definitely play TF2. Heavy is a pretty beginner friendly class, along with Soldier and Pyro- there's obviously tips and tricks to get better at using all of the character's abilities to their maximum potential that you'll gain with experience, but Lazy himself specified that for people who aren't going out of their way to do high tier ranked matches, Heavy can hold his own even if the player themselves don't know what they're doing.

Theres nine classes to pick from and every one of them has something for a player of any skill level. Give it a go because plenty of the fun comes from just the insane interactions you might have with other players.
