What was the water temperature in May? Looks like you were in booties and gloves

It was more as a safety measure but I’d say a 4/3 in the early mornings was ok, riding on the boats being wet while you launch or while pursuing tour partner/s could be cold. In the afternoons while wingfoiling it was hotter but still a 2/3 was recommended since you spend 3 hours in the water and maybe with part of your body under it waiting for a gust to sail back again
