At least in Portugal, and i think maybe in all Europe, we distinguish brands that are "para-farmácia", like they are pharmaceutical grade, but don't need prescriptions, from cosmetic brands, that are not considered pharmaceutical. So pharmacies always sell those things.

I still don’t know what’s the problem with micellar water? Also it’s called dermacosmetic which means made by dermatologists and they sell those in pharmacies in Europe. I used to do my makeup with only dermacosmetic products and I didn’t even know I was doing skincare it was just what my doctor recommended me to use :D

In Brazil there are several Italian descendants (European in general) and one thing I noticed about influencers from South Korea, USA and etc is that they often reach to actual shops to buy skincare! In Brazil, just like in Europe, we mostly reach to pharmacies to grab our skincare! It’s the same in the end of the day, but just a curiosity!

you should go to a "parapharmacie" (idk how its called in English but it should have a similar name in Italian!) it's basically a pharmacy but with only things related to beauty ! I buy most of my products there since my skin is quite sensitive!

Use cleansing oils instead of water based skin care to wash your face. And then moisturize after. In terms of hair, use a moisturizing hair mask once a week. Sure you can find these things at Walmart, target, probably a pharmacy store too tbh. Amazon might be better so you don’t have to scour too much. Decision fatigue is a lot on our brains. Good luck.
