Great review, thank you! Do you by chance know how this seat might fit in a vehicle with limited rear seat space - For instance, an "extended cab" truck? My vehicle (quad cab Ram 1500) has a steep rear seat back and a bit shorter of a seat base, which makes fitting a FF car seat (especially where it won't interfere with the headrest) difficult.

@@yo_marc are your headrests removable? I'm assuming you would use the myfit as a ff harness seat. I'm looking online and depending on the year you should be able to remove the headrest. That will make installation correct and hopefully this is helpful for you. It's 20 inches deep and you can have no more than 3 inches of overhang. Check your car manual to see about headrest removal. Do you think this would fit in a 2006 scion xA? I’m torn between chicco myfit and graco nautilus snug lock. My son is 4 and around 16.9kg and is forward facing not sure about his height though.

When this Chicco car seat is in forward facing booster seat configuration for an older child using the attached back on it, will the back of the booster seat recline at all? Is there any high back booster seat brand that has a feature letting the back of the booster recline a bit for sleeping on long trips?

The highback booster with the best recline BAR NONE is the Peg Perego Flex 120. I have a video on that one. It has more recline than any of the other high back boosters I am aware of and takes the tallest kid as well as not needing a head rest behind it. It's an awesome booster seat.

I’m between this car seat and the britax grow with me. We’re coming out of a Nuna rava to give to a younger sibling and want a FR free option that is combination not convertible. I’m not concerned with the strap organization while in booster mode and my child is on the petite side so I don’t “need” the bigger option. Which would you feel is an actual safer, stronger, better car seat between the two? Thanks!
