I just happened to be passing through with comments my friend, I get thousands spread throughout all my videos and I wish I could respond to all because I love what i do, but I just can't keep up...I love texture, and in this dish I wanted it to be chunky, I love using the blender, roasting and the molcajete when making salsas, they all have a time, but not always necessary. Follow the recipe carefully, and they will be delicious for you my friend. I may not see or hear from you again, but know that I will think of you. Blessings my friend. ❤️

Ay sweet amiga, you had me at chicharrones! I honestly am sitting here wishing I could get reach in and taste this. Love chicharrones and usually now order them as a breakfast plate or taco since Johnny won't eat it. But now I'm thinking I could whip this up and share it with his sister who does eat meat. Hi Rachel, Thnx for all the original Mexican recipes. My Bob and I love Mexican food. I cook mostly American and German dishes, so to get a good Mexican recipe is priceless for me. I made this for breakfast exactly following your method for my brother and me. He said all he had to do was close his eyes and feel like he was sitting and eating in Mexico City, lol. I have a question Rachel. Are your chiccharonne the kind you can buy in the bag... pork rinds, or do you use something else? I 💘 chiccharrone tacos with (of course) salsa verde. We get them at the Mexican grocery. Sooo good. Your breakfast looked delicious!

No, my CHICHARRON came in a package like the one I showed in the video, you can use the ones in the bag, just make sure they aren't as puffy, look for the ones that look more solid (Crackling) and they should work perfectly, just let them soak up the salsa very well so they will be soft, thank you so much for your comment. ❤
