Not having a wood stove already there is a bad deal. For that size of home, you're going to need a big earth stove.

I hope to move up to Alaska someday soon!! I'm an Aircraft Mechanic and I'm trying to find a GREAT paying job up there! I know cost of living is pretty high up there. I live in Yuma, AZ and I kiss being around trees, water and having seasons!! Haha.. Keep up the GREAT work ma'am! You have a new subscriber! 👍👍

@@ryanmoeller3308 you may want to look into Alaska Airlines, Guardian Flight, Ravn, Bearing Air etc. there’s other companies like grant aviation, everts, ryan air, and Alaska air transit. Not sure what the pay is like for each.

@@TopiaRealtyLifeinAlaska We are looking at 2-4 years before we head up, so plenty of time. I'm going to be on the aviation side of things as well, but I am going to have to wait till I finish my pilot certs and have some hours built. In the meantime I have to settle for videos and just watch all the listings tick by. We haven't decided 100% between Palmer/Wasilla or the peninsula. Love the peninsula, but proximity to Anchorage is an issue as well. Wife is in healthcare, so should be work for both of us in either area, but we are also looking at finding plenty of land for livestock and some hay. A lot to get lined up, but getting to move up there will be well worth it. On a side note, we did like the scenery by Glacier View and Chickaloon, so it's nice to see a video of a property in that area. Will be looking forward to more videos to tide us over, lol.

Very nice video,,, very nice house ,,, and the price seems to me pretty damn reasonable,, it seems to me that is even low ,,, a couple of months back ,, I watched another one of your videos , and that other property also seem to have a low price,,, and by the way ,,, I can totally see the potential on this house ,,, its so nice already,,, great video .

Thanks Jorge! Prices will be lower In rural areas outside of town. Typically, the inventory is much lower as well. Yes this one in particular has tons of potential. Thank you for the feedback!

It looks great! I really want to move to Alaska, I’ve been in the city my whole life and have been wanting to get out for awhile now. I wonder how the wildlife is in that area like bears, wolfs Or Sasquatch
@TopiaRealtyLifeinAlaska2 жыл бұрын
This is only one property away from endless state land/talkeetna range. There is abundant wildlife and predators nearby yes.

@@TopiaRealtyLifeinAlaska thanks for the reply! That sounds amazing too, so you’re telling me there is Sasquatch? Lol
@TopiaRealtyLifeinAlaska2 жыл бұрын
@@cosmokramer1035 Ha no. But grizzly bears for sure. The first summer we were here one broke down the door to our barn.

Would they be cleaning up all of the junk out of the yard or would they lower the cost that way buyer would be able to have someone came and remove the junk and trash off the land.

Not trash , treasure of building materials that could be used .
