Great Recipes!👍 Will definitely try it!!I just love all your cooking videos as a Filipino Canadian and I have also have gotten friends of mine of different nationalities into Filipino Cuisine which is very under represented around the world. Friends of mine were looking for Authentic Filipino Dish Recipes. However, they felt frustrated that the channels they have been seeing are more westernized (ie. Rachel Ray) and the ones that are authentic were done in a language non- Filipinos can’t understand. Do you think that Proud Filipino Content Creators should do their videos in a language that a majority of the world can understand to better promote the beauty of the Filipino Culture and Cuisine??? And by doing doing this, do you think that this will help accelerate in having Filipino Cuisine in the mainstream around the world?? Lastly a Moroccan friend of mine who loves cooking and Filipino Food asked me last week,”If Filipinos are proud of their cuisine, should they promote it in a language people can understand?.” She had hit the nail on the head. I do notice from my own experience that Filipinos tend to promote things to just Filipinos.

Can you use an air fryer instead of frying in oil?

Yes, you will need to use a bit of cooking oil spray though before air frying to be able to brown the breading.
