It’s delicious! I made it for one of my side dishes for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I’ve made it for dinner too. Try her charro beans and homemade tortillas. I’ve made them more times than I can count. I’ve actually made a lot of her recipes.

I tried this tonight and it was a hit. The only change I made was to add a cup of milk and a can of cream of mushroom soup since I didn't have heavy cream on hand. It hardly needed any additional seasoning. This is absolutely going into my regular rotation of easy comfort meals. Thank you so much for sharing this, truly.

I've heard so many times, "Don't crowd the pan!" It didn't register until watching your video using the same pan I used. NOW I know why I did not achieve the brown I wanted on the chicken. My fire was too high and the pan was crowded. I will try this recipe doing. Thank you!!

Omg thank you for the recipe! Just made this and it's a KEEPER! I seasoned the chicken differently and cut down on the water by half (I like my rice more dry). Soooo good and wished I would of triple your recipe with the rice.
