To make this Giant Chicken and Waffles Cake, I used 16lbs of my Ultimate Vanilla Cake batter, decked out them out with ivory fondant details, and topped them off with rice cereal and cornflake fried chicken. Chicken and waffles originated in harlem during the 1930's or during the harlem renaissance. Jazz players would work into the early hours of the morning,causing restaurants to stay open.Joseph T. Wells needed a new hit to stay on the top. So, using his leftover chicken from the dinner and waffles that were prepared for breakfast. Wells created a meal that has been,and will be passed on .
