2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp peppercorns
3 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
3 cinnamon stick
5-6 Almonds
5-6 cashews
4 dry red chillies
For Paste
4 large sized Tomato
2 green chillies
2 large sized fried onion
For Marination
1kg chicken
1½ tsp salt
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
400grm curd
½ cup oil
2 tsp dry Fenugreek leaves
2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
4 green chillies
chopped coriander
a coal for smokey flavour + some oil drops
