Brother... you had me at sourdough bread. I knew this was going to flavor bomb heaven the second you said the word. Now I want to make this sandwich. Looks amazing. I have not had the chance to watch all of your videos. Yet. But if you haven't already, you should do a video about seasoning cast iron pans because to be honest, you have VERY well seasoned cast iron.
