I ve seen the use of chat masala and kurhi patta for the first time in Biryani so I hope the taste is fine..also in Karachi we don’t use Fried onions in chicken biryani because chicken is naturally sweet and onions make it more sweeter and hence it lessen the required sourness of biryani …anyhow, this is definitely different from regular Restaurant Karachi style biryani but it’s taste must be little different …by the way nice sharing 👍👍
