I normally make it like this but add oil and marinate overnight & then do it in my electric barbecue grill. But hubby's put that electric grill high up on cupboards. With my disabilities wont be able to get it down. I marinated this overnight without oil. Just now in the morning I've done the besin mixture & food coloring. Koila is on low heat in the back. I'm making this chicken in the pan like you have but without skewers. Don't have any skewers. Never bought any before. I think its time. I have all the spices now in the house that you've used in all the dishes. The house is smelling amazing. I think this will taste better than barbecue. Thanks Ruby........ Just tasted it after steaming with koila. AMAZING. So mch speedier and much more tasty. Not as dry as barbecue. Its moist. So hubby's safe. I had my bailna ready for him that he put the electric grill high up. But Ruby has saved him today. 😁👍🥰👌😜😜😜
