Chicken Capsicum Masala | चिकन कैप्सिकम मसाला | Chicken Masala with Shimla Mirch - English Subtitles

Chicken Capsicum Masala is a very amazing dish which is made using chicken and capsicum with other ingredients
METHOD
1.Heat oil - 2 tablespoon
To it add Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon and saute
Chopped onions - 1 big sized onion and saute till pinkish
Then add chopped green chilies - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoon and saute
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt as required
Then add chicken - 1/2 kilo and saute
2.Now add Red chili powder - 1&1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Saute well
Add chopped tomatoes - 2 medium sized and cook till soft
Add dried fenugreek leaves - 1 teaspoon
Add little water and cook till chicken turns 80% tender
3.Now add diced capsicum - 1/2 kilo , few coriander leaves
Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cook till capsicum turns tender
4.Serve hot with chapati
