∘ 5 potatoes
∘ 500 ml water
∘ 1 large red onion
∘ 150 ml sugar crystal
∘ 50 ml oil
∘ 4 tbsp vinegar 20%
∘ 2 tsp salt
For meat wrapping:
∘ 300 g breadcrumbs
∘ 2 tsp salt
∘ 1 tsp basil
∘ 1 tsp oregano
∘ 1 tsp red pepper powder
∘ 1 tsp black pepper ground
∘ 2 eggs
∘ 3 tbsp smooth flour
∘ 100 ml milk
∘ 1/2 tsp salt

∘ 1 kg chicken breast
∘ 400 ml milk
∘ 1 tsp salt
