- 1 green chilli (or as per taste)
- 1 Tsp garlic
- 1 Tsp chilli flakes

- Salt as per taste
- 1 Big boiled potato
- Mozzrealla cheese cut into cubes
- Oil to grease hand
- 2 Tbsp maida
- 2 tbsp cornflour

Hello, you can first fry till slightly golden and second fry before serving. This way the second frying wouldn't take long..
