Do people in Pakistan actually want stringy/stretchy cheese for the "cheese pull" in curries like this as well? Its quite normal in pizzas and burgers, but for curries like these i always thought the preference was for creamier/meltier cheese like parmesan or pecorino romano (or even cream cheese)
