Boil Noodles
1. Noodles 180g / Chow 180g
2. Salt 1tbls / Mluh 1 Shamoit
3. Sesame Oil 1 tbls
Step 3
For Sauce Mixture
1. Oyster Sauce 4 tbls
2. Dark Soy Sauce 3 tbls
3. Sesame Oil 1 Tbls
4. Honey 1 tbls / Umngap 1 Shamoit
5. White Vinegar 1 tbls
Step 4
For Chicken stir frying
1. Oil ½ cup / Umphniang ½ Pela rit
2. Garlic Chopped / Rynsun
3. Ginger 2-inch piece / Sying
Step 4
For stir frying
1. Oil 2 tbls / Umphniang 2 Shamoit
2. Carrot / Kajor
3. Cabbage / Kubi
4. Capsicum / Sohmynken Jhur
5. Large Chilli 2 / Sohmynken heh 2tylli
6. Spring Onion / Sla piat.
