Made this today turned out good. The oyster sauce i had was expired lying in my fridge and then i researched if i can use fish sauce instead of oyster sauce, well, I could. Unfortunately that was expired as well lying in the fridge. Hence, I did not use any of those sauces. For people who do not have oyster sauce you might have to add a little more salt. next time I will definitely try with oyster sauce it will surely enhance the flavor. Thank you for sharing Faiza g. Hi Faiza, I love ur vids they are fantastic you are doing a really good job. I and my husband are good cooks alhumdulillah but you are thee best. With this chicken chow mein recipe you put oyster sauce in but I remember using it once on a recipe and it gave a very fish taste and I never used it again is this how it is in this recipe. I am scared to use it.
