These are roll sheets you can easily get from any bakery or you can check road side samosa roll stalls and I guess they are available in frozen item sections prepacked

I suppose you can use, wonton wrappers for this or egg roll wrappers. I don't think it will work with spring roll sheets. I will try this with wonton wrappers.
