My Lola always said not to name your chickens if they are going to be served for dinner. Those birds are growing like crazy. Nice farm. You should not burn all that trash. Put it in a hole or a pile and let it rot. In a couple of years it will make great compost.

I think you should build a separate small house for your father-in-law next to yours to give you some privacy. It looks awful to have the 3 of you sleeping basically right next to one another. You have the land and some construction materials easily available.

Myji, are foreigners allowed to work in regular jobs in the Philippines? Where does the income from your husband and father-in-law come from? Your farm is coming along great. You can raise the 45-day chickens and sell them in town. For eggs, you need another breed.
