I remember in the olden days 😅 80's every Chinese recipe specially soups called for ajino moto salt. Now himalayan pink salt is used. I buy it often now. ❤❤❤

Can we omit peanuts in the chilli oil ? Does it make a big difference as we cant consume peanuts.
