Ingredients for Chicken Curry
- Chicken- 1kg
onion, rough chopped - 3 medium
Ginger, crushed- 2 tsp
Garlic, crushed- 2 tsp
Tomato, roughly chopped- 2 medium
Chicken marinating Ingredients
- Curd - 4 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red kashmir chilli powder- 1.5 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Mustard oil
Process:
Chicken Fry
- Heat oil in a pan or Kadai add marinated Chicken and fry Chicken untile it's turn golden
Process:
2 GRAVY Or CURRY Preparation
- Heat oil in cooker and add
Bay Leaf-2 ,
cloves - 4,5
Black pepper - 6 7
Cumin- 1 tsp
Ginger crushed-
Garlic Crushed - 3
kashmir Dry red chilli
- Add chopped onion
- Fry on high Heat fir 10 mind till brown in colour
- Add Garlic Cloves-5,6 and 1 whole garlic
- Add the Turmeric powder and mix & Fry on medium Heat for 2 mins
- Add readymade Chicken Masala , Coriander and cumin masala homemade, tandoori chicken masala , Red kashmir chilli powder, salt
- Add Tomato and 4 kaju paste and Fry on medium Heat for 2 mins.
- Add marinated remaining masala and Fry for 5 mins on medium flame
- Add Fry Chicken piece and continue to Fry on medium Heat for 10 mins
-Now add 200 ml water and cook on low Heat for around 20 mins till Chicken pieces are tender
- Now close the pressure cooker lid and wait for 3 whistle.
