Thank you both so much ❤️ I come back to this lovely chicken recipe again and again. I don’t understand the magic Saurav brings to it but it really is magical and my reluctant son just loves it and eats it happily everytime i make it. Earlier i was mincing/pureeing/ cutting into small pieces and he didnt care for the chicken or the hard work. This is so easily made and he easily eats big chunks of it; it is amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much!!!! Please make more of such recipes and re-educate us on how to cook our food in such a way that our children also love it. One suggestion in this lockdown- pan-grilled chicken which is moist and sauteed veggies.
