Ingredients
Chicken drumstick 4
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp soya sauce
1tsp chilli sauce
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
1tsp salt
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
Procedure
Merinate chicken with all the mentioned spices for 20 minutes.
Prepare the coating with 1 cup all purpose flour along with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp white pepper powder.
Now coat the merinated chicken with flour, cold water and again with flour.
Fry chicken drumsticks for 7 to 8 minutes on low to medium flame.
Turn upside down.
Dish out untill get golden brown color and well cooked.
Serve and enjoy the day.
