Today’s special recipe is crispy a bit more juicy and crunchy Chicken Fritters recipe that is super easy to
prepare at home with only few ingredients to bring an extra crunchy taste. Let’s check out the
ingredients first & start preparing Chicken Fried Pakora Recipe at home: -
INGREDIENTS FOR FRIED RICE: - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Oil
Gram Flour
Chicken
Yogurt
Red chili flakes
Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt
Coriander Powder
Cumin Powder
Turmeric Powder
Red chili powder
White pepper
Baking Soda
Water
STEP 1: Add Chicken in bowl then add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili flakes, coriander powder,
cumin powder, turmeric powder & lemon juice. Mix them well and marinate chicken for some time.
STEP 2: Add Gram flour in separate bowl then add salt, red chili powder, white pepper & baking soda.
Whisk them well. Add water and mix them until it forms a thick mixture.
STEP 3: Add oil in pan then dip the marinated chicken cubes one by one into the gram flour paste. Add
them in the frying pan and fry on medium flame.
STEP FINAL: Fry Chicken balls until they turn light brown. Turn them upwards and downwards so each
side of the chicken gets cooked perfectly.
