Tried it today.. അരിയുടെ വേവ് അല്പം കുറഞ്ഞു പോയി എന്നത് ഒഴിച്ച്.. ബാക്കിയെല്ലാം perfect ആയി.. ഞാൻ kabsa rice ആണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത്.. അതൊരു ബ്രൗണ്‍ റൈസ് ആണ്.. Basmati അരി പോലെ ഇരിക്കും.. നീളം ഉണ്ട് നേര്‍ത്ത അരിയാണ്.. 40 mins അല്ല അതിന്റെ coveril soaking time.. 2 hrs ആണ്.. അതാവും പറ്റിയേ.. എന്നാലും ഇഷ്ട്ടപെട്ടു.. First try alle next tym sheriyakkam.. I looked at the ingredients list and thought this would be a lot of work !!! But this was easier than 'Easy cooker chicken biryani'. For 1/2 kg rice we needed to slice only 1 or 2 onions. Isn't that great ??? The taste was superb 😋😋😋😋 I even made the Kabsa Masala from scratch, even then I found this dish so simple. Lesson Learnt - Never look at the ingredients list and plan your dish of the day !!! Veena chechi , Yummmmmmmy aayirunnu tto... Especially the chicken ... We loved it so much ..
