Recipe for: Chicken Kaverma in Gyveche. This Dish Is So Delicious You'll Want More. Family dinner!
Necessary products:
500 g chicken thigh steak, cut into large pieces
4 onions, cut into thin half-moons
3 red peppers, cut into large juliennes
250 g of mushrooms, cut into thin slices
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
150 g of pureed canned tomatoes
100 ml. White wine
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Savory
Oil
Method of preparation:
Heat some oil in a pan.
Add the chicken and fry until golden.
Remove the chicken from the pot.
Add the onion, peppers and mushrooms to the pan and fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the white wine and cook for 2-3 minutes until evaporated.
Add the pureed tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, paprika, savory and parsley.
Mix well and return the chicken to the pot.
Transfer the kavarma to 4 casserole dishes.
Bake in an unheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
In two of the casseroles, crack 1 egg in the middle.
Return the casseroles to the oven and bake for a few more minutes until the eggs are set.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
