Chicken Kofta Curry Restaurant Style | चिकन कोफ्ता करी | How to make Chicken Kofta | Easy Chicken Kofta | Chef Ashok
Ingredients:-
.250 gm chicken keema
3 spoon chop onion
1 tsp chop green chilli
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp roasted chana powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
chop coriander
1 egg
4 onion
2 tomato
.150 gm curd
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp Kasoori methi
1/4 tsp red chilli powder

Thank you so much chef for all the awesome videos. I used to jump from one cooking channel to other claiming recipes with restaurants taste but most disappointed. I followed you butter chicken recipe a long time back and it turned out be awesome with really restaurants style taste. As Indian living abroad it's like a treasure to find authentic Indian taste even in Indian restaurants here sometimes taste is lacking and not to mention realy high price. So ever since my successful butter chicken with your recipe I havnt watched any other cooking channels. Whenever I feel to check out some recipe will search name of recipe along with chef ashok.
