Chicken Legs Recipe Il Crispy Chicken Legs Wrapped in a Dough Baked in Tandoor ll Roza Food Rail II
Hello Dear Friends,
In this video we are making best chicken legs recipe . We wrapped chicken legs in masala and stick to the hot walls of tandoor and left for an hour in retained heat to be fried and cooked till it turned in a crispy and juicy chicken legs. The wrapping of the dough maintained to lock the flavours and its juiciness in chicken legs and helped to be cooked fully on a medium heat of the tandoor and prevented its tenderness. This is best and easy flavourful way to cook the chicken in tandoor. The wrapping locked the marinade and helped it to penetrate inside the the chicken meat to make it thoroughly spicy and flavouful. These chicken legs are incredibly crispy juicy and tender at the same time.
