Hello Foodies ! Today it's a simple recipe yet so crunchy and yummy.Chicken lollipop is one of the best starters to be served.Follow the method step by step and the result is awesome. Ingredients For 1st Marination:
Chicken lollipop cut - 700 grms
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Hung curd - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Ingredients For 2nd Marination:
Cornflour - 1/4 cup
All purpose flour - 3 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Food colour - optional
Salt half tsp
Egg - 1
Oil for frying
