Ingredients:
For marination;-
1 kg chicken
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp heaped salt
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 cup curd
¾ cup oil
1 cup onion
¼ cup fresh cream
1 tbsp kasuri methi
Whole spices:-
2 tbsp coriander seeds
👉🏻 5-6 cloves bhi leni hai ( forgot to mention)
1 tsp fennel seeds
1½ tsp cumin seeds
1 black cardamom
8 green cardamom
1 mace
⅕ nutmeg
4-5 red chilli
Paste:-
10 cashews
10 almonds
5 green chilli
coriander leaves
green chilli
